Lagos
For Lagos deliveries, we process orders within 24 hours.
Outside Lagos
For deliveries outside Lagos, expected delivery is 2–5 days after your order is confirmed.
We will confirm delivery details when you contact us, based on your order and location.
Returns & refunds
Return and refund support, clearly stated.
Our return and refund policy
Return and refund requests are handled directly with our team. For orders older than 24 hours, any refund is limited to 40–70% of the order value, depending on order volume. Contact us by WhatsApp, phone, or email to discuss your request.
